Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of hoteliers, travel partners and their guests seriously. Here's what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1.Who we are

Perix (“Perix”, “we”, “us”) operates a B2B hotel extranet that connects accommodation providers (“Hotels”) with travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers and other distributors (“Partners”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, use the Perix extranet or partner portal, or contact us. We are headquartered in Singapore.

2.Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account data — name, work email, phone number, job title, company or property name and login credentials.
  • Business data — property details, rates, availability, bank details for payouts, and company registration or licence information for Partners.
  • Booking data — guest names, stay dates, room details and special requests contained in reservations made through Perix.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and actions taken in our platform.
  • Communications — messages you send us through forms, email, chat or phone.

3.How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and provide the extranet, partner portal, API and XML services.
  • To process bookings between Hotels and Partners and to settle payments and payouts.
  • To verify Hotels and Partners and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries and demo requests.
  • To send service notifications and, where permitted, product updates and marketing — you can opt out at any time.
  • To analyse usage and improve our products, security and performance.
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

5.How we share data

We never sell personal data. We share it only as needed to deliver our services:

  • Between Hotels and Partners — booking and guest details are shared with the parties to a reservation.
  • Service providers — hosting, payments, email, analytics and support tools that process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6.International transfers

Perix serves customers across many countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where it was collected. When we transfer data internationally we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments with our service providers.

7.Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations or resolve disputes. Booking records are typically retained for seven years for financial compliance.

8.Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security reviews and monitored infrastructure. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@perix.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10.Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and optional analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the platform.
