Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Perix website, extranet, partner portal, API and XML services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Separate commercial agreements with Hotels or Partners take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.

• The Services are for businesses only. You must be authorised to act for the hotel or company you register.
• We may verify your business and may decline or suspend any account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

• Keep rates, availability, policies and property content accurate and current.
• Honour every confirmed booking made through Perix at the rate and conditions shown at the time of booking.
• Hold all licences and permits required to operate your property.
• Notify Perix promptly of any issue that may affect guests with confirmed bookings.

• Use Perix rates only for your own customers and within the distribution rules agreed with Perix.
• Do not display net rates publicly or to unauthorised third parties.
• Provide accurate guest information and pay for bookings according to your payment terms.
• For API and XML access, respect agreed rate limits and look-to-book ratios.

Creating a Hotel account is free. Perix earns a commission on completed stays as set out in your commercial terms. Perix collects payments from Partners and remits payouts to Hotels on the schedule described in your account, net of commission and any applicable taxes or fees. Partner payment terms are set out in the Partner agreement.

Each booking is subject to the cancellation and amendment policy attached to the rate plan at the time of booking. Perix facilitates bookings between Hotels and Partners and is not the provider of accommodation.

• No scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the Services or their security.
• No unlawful, misleading or fraudulent content or activity.
• No reselling access to the Services without our written permission.

Perix owns all rights in the Services, software and brand. You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as property descriptions and photos, and grant Perix a licence to use, reproduce and distribute it to Partners for the purpose of providing the Services.

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the commission or fees you paid to Perix in that period.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Confirmed bookings made before termination must still be honoured and settled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless your commercial agreement states otherwise.
